You may not transfer, sell, or share your account credentials with any third party. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. While an active bonus is in effect and wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawal requests may be subject to restrictions. In most cases, requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. 4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6. Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

6.1 Suspension by filbet

filbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification

During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, or access your account. We will investigate the circumstances leading to the suspension. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, your account may be permanently terminated and all funds forfeited. If no breach is found, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

6.2 Termination by filbet

filbet may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for serious breaches of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, multiple account violations, money laundering, or other illegal activities. Upon termination, all funds in your account will be forfeited except in cases where applicable law requires otherwise. We may also report terminated accounts to relevant authorities and pursue legal remedies.

6.3 Voluntary Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or account information. We recommend downloading records before requesting closure.

6.4 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposits, or wagers) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of 100 PHP or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

filbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your filbet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000.00), whichever is lower.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

9.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

10. General Provisions

10.2 Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 No Waiver
